Willem and Martha Maganie manage the Cedar Guesthouse and Retreat Centre in the Baviaanskloof and also own their own place called the Cob Cottage. The latter is a dream come true for the couple and was built entirely out of organic material during the Cob Building workshop held on the farm. Martha also runs Martha’s Restaurant at the Cedar Guesthouse for the guests staying on the farm, serving traditional home cooked meals. The couple have spent many hours learning business skills from Linden and Jeanne Booth, owners of Cedar Retreat Centre, which has contributed to their success.
